I know this blog has been severely ignored the last few months so I thought I could give you guys an update on life!
Bad News: I was diagnosed with giardiasis and crypto in March (TWO really bad intestinal bugs) and I have been pretty much wiped out by the disease. I started having symptoms in early Nov. and ignored it for too long. It's been awful and I'm still dealing with it, my doctor is running more tests this week trying to figure out why I'm not getting better. So, there's the bad news.
Good News: I bought a serger and really like it. I got the same Brother 1034D from Amazon that everyone gets but I love that it's so easy to use and so far it has been working great!
Best News: I got engaged! Yes, exciting wedding planning stuff is in the near future, I want to DIY a lot of my wedding to cut down on costs and to make it more personal so I'm sure I'll have lots of projects to share. I'm also really considering sewing my wedding dress!
So don't worry, I haven't dropped off the face of the planet. Once I get well and life seems to start making sense again you can look forward to my massive pile of backlogged projects and tons of new stuff.
