Adventure Time Week: Cute Bee

If you have ever watched Adventure Time all the way to the end, you've most likely watched the credits and listened to this little ditty.  I thought that the critters that crawl past the screen in the credits were super cute, so I decided to make them!

First we have the bee, key attributes: cute, round, and yellow. To make him I used my "Bouncing Belly Button" mouse pattern shrunk down to about 80%.  I attached the little legs inside the seams of the body and when the body was finished but unstuffed, I then sewed on the details in fleece and felt.

I think Mr. Bee turned out adorable and he is loving hanging out in the flowers on my apartment balcony!

Stay tuned for another little critter tomorrow, and please keep checking in because at the end of Adventure Time week I'm going to introduce an Adventure Time contest and giveaway! You won't be disappointed! :)

p.s. If you don't have any idea what Adventure Time is, I suggest watching a few clips on YouTube.  I would definitely rate it as one of the best 'toons on TV and is just as enjoyable for kids as it is for grown-ups that like to pretend to be kids sometimes!  Check it out!  Also, the newest season starts July 11th!

DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the characters or rights to Adventure Time.  I am just a fan having fun sharing the love! Please don't sue me!
